Membership fee is $30 per year, other service fees are set according to the service nature and financial condition of service users, please contact the centre for service enquiry.

How to Apply

  • For enquiry and registration, please call 2550 6933.
  • Bring along with your Hong Kong Identity Card, a proof of address, a recent photograph and annual membership fee in person for registration.

How to Terminate

Please come in person or by phone for termination of service/membership. Membership fee will not be refunded.
