How to Apply

Applicant should meet the membership qualification (please refer to the membership scheme) and fill in the application form, provide centre with the HKID card and recent address certificate. Membership fee is non-refundable

Membership categories:

  • Children: aged 5 to 14, $30 for individual membership per 2 years
  • Youth: aged 15 to 24, $30 for individual membership
  • Adult: above 25, $30 for individual membership
  • Parents: $30 for individual membership
  • Kids club: free for children aged 3-4
