History
Established in July 2001, Tung Wah Cares Hotline service provides immediate support to people who are under stress from work, facing family and interpersonal problems, as well as emotional disturbances. Through on-the-phone counseling, we assist callers to ventilate emotions, transform difficulties into opportunities and motivation. Verbal referral of social services can also be done through hotline services. Tung Wah Cares Hotline service is provided by experienced counselors and supported by educational psychologists and health professionals. |
