History

“PRIDE Line”, a designated 24-hour hotline service for LGBTQ+ and their family members and friends, was established in January 2018, providing immediate support, counselling and follow-up services, making referrals and conducting groups and programs. “PRIDE Land” was established in January 2021 to provide a safe, comfortable and LGBTQ+ friendly environment to implement the above services.

Objective

The centre aims to provide a safe, comfortable and LGBTQ+ friendly environment for LGBTQ+s and their family members and friends to receive face-to-face counseling service, supporting them to go through challenges encountered due to LGBTQ+ identities.
