History
The Neighbourhood Support Child Care Service (NSCCP) (pilot project), has commenced since March 2009 with Government subvention. In response to the community needs, NSCCP has become a formalized service in October 2011, continued to serve the needy children and families in both Yau Tsim Mong District and Kowloon City District.
Objective
The service aims to provide needy parents with more flexible day child care service in additional to regular services for children aged under 6 and to foster, at the same time, mutual help and care in the community.
Service target
Centre-based care group: children aged 3 to under 9
Home-based child care service: children aged under 9
Fees Charging
Centre-based service: $13/hour
Home-based service: $20/hour
*Service users with social needs and financial hardship may apply for fee reduction / waiving.
