Hotline Service
To:
- Provide immediate professional advice or counseling
- Handle enquiries for service information
- Make referrals to appropriate service units if needed
- Provide communication backup support to SWD after office hours outreaching teams
Outreaching Service
For:
- Cases involving suspected battered spouse
- Acute marital / family / interpersonal conflict
- Acute emotional problem
- Cases with immediate need for food / warm clothing
Referral Service
To:
Social Welfare Department and non-governmental organization (NGOs), Hospital Authority, Police, other governmental departments, or appropriate parties.
