History
Jockey Club Tsin Ngai Day Activity Centre cum Hostel, one of the service centres under the management of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Jockey Club Rehabilitation Complex, commenced operation in April 1998.
Objective
To provide training and support of adult daily living skills, aiming at strengthening independent living abilities and enhancing the quality of life.
Facilities
The Centre occupies a total floor area of 1,244 sq.m. and is fully air-conditioned. There are 10 dormitories which are self-contained with toilets and bathrooms. Common facilities include 4 training rooms, a group room, a quiet room, a sitting room and a dining room. Trainees can also use communal facilities including the multi-purpose hall, central kitchen, central laundry, car pool, tuck shop and kiosk. Individuals in need can use the central occupational therapy rooms, physiotherapy rooms and hydro-pool.

Aged 15 or above with low moderate to severe grade of intellectual disability who are able to follow simple instruction
