History
Sponsored by Tai Hung Fai Enterprise Co. Ltd. and Group of Companies, the “Circle of Care” has started providing day training services to elders with dementia in early or middle stage, and their care-givers living in Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District since 2009. In 2011, “Physical and Mental Revitalization Model” originated from Japan was introduced as an intervention to activate both brain and body functions of demented elders to improve their quality of life. hus, enhancing elders’ self-care ability and improving their quality of life.
Objective

To provide service to elders with dementia and their care-givers living in Kowloon City and Yau Tsim Mong District;

To encourage early identification and intervention for elders with dementia; and to promote public awareness of dementia.
