Home Training Programme
To design individualized training plan, including cognitive and memory training, reminiscence activities, orientation programme, self-care training, etc; to arrange home modification advisory service.
Carer Support Service
To offer different support services, including counseling, support groups, caring skills training programmes, social service referral, etc.
Community Education
To organize regular educational programmes, like talks, exhibitions, workshops, screening programmes, to arouse public awareness on dementia and identify elders with memory problems.
Dementia Diagnosis and Medical Follow-up
To operate the “Community Memory Clinic” with Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital, to provide medical diagnosis and follow-up service
Volunteer Service
To recruit and provide trainings for individual, group and corporate volunteers, so as to provide services for demented elders and their caregivers.
