History
TWGHs May Lodge, being a contract home with day care service for the elderly of which the operation was obtained through successful bidding and also third of its kind under the auspice of TWGHs, commenced its operation in November 2014.
Objective
To provide a range of centre-based care and support services during daytime to enable the frail and demented elders suffering from moderate or severe level of impairment to maintain their optimal level of functioning, develop their potential, improve their quality of life and to enable them to live in their own homes wherever feasible and possible.
Facilities
The air-conditioned premises consist of dining room, sitting room, exercise corner, nurse duty room, resource library, bathroom, pantry and laundry room.
Facilities include Sitting Area, Rehabilitation Room, Sensory Training Room, Group Activity / Counselling Room, Reminiscence Corner and Carer Resource Corner.
