History
Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Shuen Wan Complex for the Elderly comprises Pao Siu Loong Care and Attention Home (Phase I), Wu York Yu Care and Attention Home (Phase II) and Wu Chiang Wai Fong Care and Attention Home (Phase III).
Our Home commenced operation in August 2002 and has a total floor area of about 4,700 sq. m.
Apart from the support of the Social Welfare Department, a generous donation of $13 million was received from the Wu Yee Sun Charitable Foundation Ltd. and the Wu Jieh Yee Charitable Foundation Ltd. to support part of the capital cost. In recognition of the generosity of the Wu brothers, the Tung Wah Board of Directors named the Home after their mother as "Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Wu Chiang Wai Fong Care and Attention Home".
